Meet Brian Mack
Brian McInerney, owner and founder of Brain Mack Fitness, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Brian holds the idea that being fit and living a healthy lifestyle is for EVERYONE; and that with consistent training and guidance fitness can be for ANYONE.
Brian grew up playing baseball and soccer. Competing in and winning his school's presidential fitness award heightened Brian’s love for fitness. Brian’s passion for fitness has continued and grown into a need to help others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
In 2010, Brian realized he was not living the healthy lifestyle that he wished to achieve. He decided to change that and began developing an exercise program to accelerate his desire for a better aesthetic and to finally live that lifestyle that he always wanted. After seeing the physical results of the work put in, Brian worked harder to achieve further goals and body composition he sought for so long.
Brian’s goal is to help his clients create a training regime that’s sustainable and fulfilling, including, but not limited to, HIIT, strength training, and cardio. Brian’s strength is motivating and encouraging his clients’ development and progress toward their goals.
When Brian is not in the gym, or training for his first marathon (2024), he is spending time with his adorable mini schnauzer and partner Jeremy, searching for the perfect cup of coffee, or experimenting with new protein packed recipes.
